The research behind each vial
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 5 / 5 mg
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is a single lyophilized vial containing 5 mg of CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29, a GHRH analogue) and 5 mg of ipamorelin (a ghrelin-receptor agonist). The two peptides act on different receptors on the same pituitary cells, and studies combining GHRH with GH-releasing peptides have reported synergistic growth hormone (GH) release. No published study has tested this exact combination.
Sermorelin 10 mg
Sermorelin is GHRH(1-29)NH2: the first 29 amino acids of human growth hormone-releasing hormone with a C-terminal amide, the shortest synthetic fragment that keeps the full biological activity of the native 44-residue hormone. As sermorelin acetate (Geref), it was FDA-approved as a pituitary diagnostic in 1990 and for idiopathic growth hormone deficiency in children in 1997; the manufacturer discontinued both products in 2008, and FDA later found they were not withdrawn for reasons of safety or effectiveness. The peptide sold here is for laboratory research only.
Ipamorelin 10 mg
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) that releases growth hormone (GH) by activating the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, the receptor for the stomach hormone ghrelin. Novo Nordisk researchers described it in 1998 as the first selective GH secretagogue because, in swine, it raised GH without the ACTH and cortisol increases seen with GHRP-2 and GHRP-6. It reached a phase 2 trial for postoperative ileus but is not an approved medicine; it is sold for laboratory research only.
