The research behind each vial

GLOW Blend 70 mg

GLOW Blend is a research blend of three peptides in one lyophilized vial: the copper peptide GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. Each component has its own preclinical literature in skin-matrix and tissue-repair models, but no published study has tested this combination, so the research behind GLOW is the research behind its parts.

GHK-Cu 100 mg

GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of GHK (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine), a three-amino-acid peptide first isolated from human plasma by Loren Pickart in the 1970s. It is one of the most-studied peptides in skin-matrix research: cell-culture and rodent studies have measured its effects on collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, matrix metalloproteinases and gene expression, while controlled clinical evidence remains sparse. Peptides Only supplies GHK-Cu as a lyophilized compound for laboratory research only.

KPV 10 mg

KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the three C-terminal amino acids (positions 11 to 13) of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). Researchers study it because it keeps much of alpha-MSH's anti-inflammatory activity in experimental models without alpha-MSH's pigmentary effect. Most of the published work is in cell culture and mouse models of intestinal inflammation (colitis).
