The research behind each vial

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 5 / 5 mg

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is a single lyophilized vial containing 5 mg of CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29, a GHRH analogue) and 5 mg of ipamorelin (a ghrelin-receptor agonist). The two peptides act on different receptors on the same pituitary cells, and studies combining GHRH with GH-releasing peptides have reported synergistic growth hormone (GH) release. No published study has tested this exact combination.

TB-500 10 mg

TB-500 is a synthetic seven-amino-acid peptide, Ac-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln (Ac-LKKTETQ), that corresponds to residues 17 to 23 of thymosin beta-4 with an acetylated N-terminus. That short stretch contains thymosin beta-4's actin-binding motif, the region linked to cell migration and angiogenesis. TB-500 is not the full 43-amino-acid protein: much of the research quoted for it was done with full-length thymosin beta-4, and studies of the fragment itself are few and preclinical.

BPC-157 10 mg

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide whose sequence, GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, is a partial sequence of a protein found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most-studied research peptides in tissue-repair models, with most of the work done in rats on tendon, ligament, muscle and gastrointestinal injury. Human data are limited to three small uncontrolled studies, and BPC-157 is not an approved drug.

Ipamorelin 10 mg

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) that releases growth hormone (GH) by activating the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, the receptor for the stomach hormone ghrelin. Novo Nordisk researchers described it in 1998 as the first selective GH secretagogue because, in swine, it raised GH without the ACTH and cortisol increases seen with GHRP-2 and GHRP-6. It reached a phase 2 trial for postoperative ileus but is not an approved medicine; it is sold for laboratory research only.
