The research behind each vial

Semax 10 mg

Semax is a synthetic seven-amino-acid peptide (Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro) that joins the ACTH(4-7) fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone to a stabilizing Pro-Gly-Pro tail. It is studied mainly for its effects on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and on gene expression in rodent models of cerebral ischemia, in a literature that comes largely from Russian research groups. Peptides Only supplies Semax as a lyophilized compound for laboratory research only.

Selank 10 mg

Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) that extends tuftsin, a natural immunomodulatory tetrapeptide, with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail. Developed by Russian researchers, it has been studied mainly in rodent models of stress and anxiety-like behavior and in laboratory work on GABA receptor binding, enkephalin-degrading enzymes and gene expression. Peptides Only supplies Selank as a lyophilized compound for laboratory research only.

Pinealon 10 mg

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide, Glu-Asp-Arg (EDR), from the short-peptide bioregulator program led by Vladimir Khavinson at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. It has been studied in cell cultures and rodent models of oxidative stress, hypoxia and amyloid toxicity, where researchers measured cell survival, dendritic spines and gene expression.
